Why are all the codes invalid on a new account?
The shop box turns on after 3 wins. A correct string still fails before that.
Does Engineer unlock the Engineer Cameraman?
No. It is a 50 Coin code, and lists disagree on whether it is still active. The three newer codes are the ones to paste first.
Where is the unit tier list?
The page is up so the hub is complete, and it is empty on purpose. It will not be indexed until the ranks are real.
